Movement Analysis and Motor Control Training for the Lumbar Spine [event]
Back pain can be caused by trauma but frequently it is insidious, recurrent and related to uncontrolled movement patterns. Motor control deficits can be identified in association with low back pain.
This practical hands-on course will provide participants with skills in analysing lumbo-pelvic movement in more detail, and identifying motor control deficits in the lumbar spine. Motor control retraining strategies will be introduced using a comprehensive and evidence based process.
