Access to a number of Quick Reference Guides and Online Training Material covering a variety of functions are provided via the links below.
Quick Reference Guides provide an overview of the process and step by step instructions on how to use functions within the NZIHF database. You can print these out if you wish as you work through the steps.
Help videos enable you to view the steps involved in using specific functions or how to complete a specific process.
As always, if in doubt ask your friendly Tutor who will only be to happy to help.
Your log in User Name
Each student is provided with a unique login to the iPT Australia database. This allows you to access student material, forms, your messages, and much more.
The Format of your User ID is your first name, last name and your date of birth in reverse date order.
Example 1: year of birth 1995, month of birth December, day of birth 17th
your user id will be - cheryltrainer19951217
Example 2: year of birth 1995, month of birth April, day of birth 1st (note the zeros added ie 04 and 01)
your user id will be - cheryltrainer19950401
Log In for the First Time and Logging Out
Each Student is issued with a unique User Name and Password to access the NZIHF database. The default password has to be changed the first time you log into the system. This Quick Reference Guide takes you through these steps.
Find and Contact your Tutor
There may be times that you need to contact your Tutor outside of class hours. This Quick Reference Guide takes you through the steps to find your Tutor's details and how to get in touch
Find Course Materials and Videos Online
There is a wealth of student material available to you to support your journey on becoming a fantastic Personal Trainer. Pre-Tutorial student notes, videos, Exercise Instruction Manual are but a few. This Quick Reference Guide takes you through the steps to easily locate these resources.
Find Academic Forms
There are a variety of forms available online, from requesting to defer study, re-commence study to obtaining a replacement Certificate and more. This Quick Reference Guide takes you through the steps to easily locate the required form as well as how to complete the form online.
My Messages box provides you with access to emails, appointments and letters sent to you from NZIHF staff.
You may view the messages and letters sent to you by logging into the NZIHF database or by following the link from your personal Inbox. The link within your Inbox will take you to the log in page and once logged in, to the specific message / letter sent for you to view.
