Application to re-enter the programme form

Your submission will be reviewed in accordance with the Academic Progress Requirements and related policies in the current NZIHF Student Handbook and the terms of your Training Agreement. As a minimum the following will be considered when reviewing your application:

  • Academic history - have you been willfully engaged in your studies, progressing well prior to the suspension
  • Likelihood of completing the programme successfully - given your progress to date and the remaining academic work, and what caused your suspension, are you likely to complete your studies.
  • Adherence to the behavioral and communication requirements agreed to - have you communicated early and pro-actively when there have been challenges and have you displayed behaviours that are supportive of you completing your studies within normal time frames.
  • Your response to the studies at risk communication - have you contacted tutors when your studies were at-risked and caught up on outstanding learning activities and assessments promptly.
  • The impact of your non-compliance on your fellow students and NZIHF staff and resources - is the time and effort put in by tutors to manage your study detrimental to other students and disproportionately affecting the resources available to them.
  • Any other NZIHF policies in effect at the time.

You will receive a reply within 7 days to your application to re-enter the programme.
