Debugging Elearn access: Clear Cookies

Sorry, not the delicious kind... An HTTP cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user's computer by the user's web browser while the user is browsing. Sometimes cookies can confuse web browsers and we need to remove them

These are some things to try to debug trouble logging in / accessing Elearn. They are particularly useful if the issue is resulting in a page that says "502 Bad Gateway"

1) Try logging in with a different browser
This is an easy thing to test whether the issue is related to something that is happening in the browser as opposed to an issue with the server.

2) Clear all cookies for the nzihf.co.nz domain:
If everything is working in a different browser, this can be a way to fix the original browser. It's best to clear the cookies just for the specific domain to avoid removing data for other sites.
